Husqvarna 592 XP Professional Chainsaw 28 Inch Bar

Dominate the most demanding felling tasks with the Husqvarna 592 XP, a professional-grade masterpiece engineered for those who view forestry as an elite craft. This isn’t just a chainsaw; it is a high-output engine of productivity that redefines the power-to-weight ratio for the 90cc category. While others struggle with bulk, the 592 XP pairs a staggering 5.6 kW output with an agile 7.4 kg chassis, ensuring that even after a full day of felling heavy timber, your fatigue is minimized while your yield is maximized. Featuring the state-of-the-art AutoTune 3.0, this saw eliminates the guesswork of carburetor adjustments, self-optimizing in real-time to deliver peak performance from the first pull—regardless of temperature, altitude, or fuel quality. When the job requires uncompromising torque and a “best-in-class” cutting capacity, the 592 XP is the only tool that truly delivers.

• Best-in-Class Cutting Capacity: By fusing the high-torque X-Torq® engine with the razor-sharp X-CUT™ C85/C83 chain, the 592 XP achieves a cutting speed that outperforms its closest competitors, allowing you to move through massive trunks faster than ever.

• AutoTune 3.0 Digital Optimization: No more manual tuning. The onboard processor constantly adjusts the engine settings for maximum startability and power, ensuring the saw runs perfectly whether it’s a damp Irish morning or a dry summer afternoon.

• X-Tough™ Light Bar System: Optimized for balance, the lightweight bar reduces the “nose-heavy” feel common in large saws, providing surgical precision during complex felling cuts and reduced strain on the operator.

• 98% Air Injection™ Filtration: A revolutionary centrifugal air cleaning system that removes large dust and debris particles before they even reach the filter, significantly extending the intervals between cleanings and protecting your engine.

• Simple Start Technology: The starting procedure is unified; whether the engine is hot or cold, only one simplified process is required, drastically reducing the risk of flooding and getting you to work instantly.

• Service Connector Connectivity: Features an integrated digital service port under the cylinder cover. Your local dealer can plug in for instant diagnostics, service history, and firmware updates—keeping your fleet at peak health.

• Heavy-Duty “Stay-Sharp” X-Cut Chain: Specifically designed for high-horsepower output, this chain maintains its edge longer in gritty bark and frozen wood, reducing downtime spent on filing.
