Husqvarna 435 II Chainsaw

The Husqvarna 435 Mark II isn’t just a homeowner’s tool; it’s a second-generation “all-rounder” that bridges the gap between domestic convenience and professional-grade velocity. While most competitors in the 40cc class focus on raw torque, the 435 Mark II is engineered for higher chain speeds (17.3 m/s) and rapid acceleration, allowing it to slice through limbing and firewood tasks with a “surgical” efficiency that saves both time and fuel. Built with a forged three-piece crankshaft for industrial-level durability, this saw handles the damp, heavy timber common in Irish gardens without the bogging typical of entry-level machines. It’s the perfect choice for the landowner who wants a saw that starts on the first pull and behaves like a pro-saw, but without the professional price tag or weight.

• Enhanced X-Cut® & X-Force System: The Mark II comes standard with the X-Cut SP33G chain and X-Force bar, a combination pre-stretched at the factory to stay sharper longer and reduce the risk of chain-slip—a massive advantage over the generic chains found on other brands.

• Centrifugal “Air Injection” Pre-Cleaning: This isn’t a standard filter; it’s a centrifugal system that removes large dust and debris particles before they even reach the air filter. This results in fewer stops for cleaning and an engine that breathes easily through the longest work sessions.

• LowVib® Steel Spring Isolation: Most saws use rubber dampeners that perish over time; the 435 Mark II uses heavy-duty steel springs to isolate the engine from the handles, providing a vibration-free experience that protects your hands from long-term nerve damage.

• Asymmetrical Rear Handle with Soft Inlay: Designed for natural ergonomics, the rear handle is slightly offset to provide a more comfortable grip when felling or limbing at awkward angles, significantly reducing wrist strain.

• Snap-Lock Cylinder Cover: Forget hunting for a screwdriver just to check a spark plug or clean the cooling fins. The tool-less snap-lock system allows for instant access to the engine’s “heart,” making maintenance a five-second job.

• Visible Fuel Window & Flip-Up Caps: Never get “air-locked” in the middle of a cut. The transparent indicator lets you monitor your 0.37L tank at a glance, while the oversized flip-up caps are designed to be operated even with thick, wet winter gloves.

• Auto-Return Stop Switch: The stop switch automatically resets to the “ON” position after every shutdown, eliminating the #1 cause of engine flooding for beginner and intermediate users.
