Stihl HSA 150T Cordless Hedgetrimmer Body only

The STIHL HSA 150 T is the precision-tuned alternative to the heavy-duty “R” version, specifically engineered for the “T” (Trimming) of ornamental hedges and delicate topiary. While typical cordless trimmers struggle with jagged edges on fine-leaf plants like Boxwood or Yew, the HSA 150 T utilizes a ultra-high-speed gearbox that hits a staggering 5,000 strokes per minute. This rapid blade action, combined with a specialized double-sided 30 mm tooth geometry, ensures a “one-pass” finish that looks like it was done with a razor. Housed in a splash-proof IPX4 chassis, this tool is the professional’s secret weapon for sculpting sharp lines and intricate curves without the vibration or noise of petrol engines, making it ideal for high-end residential estates and formal public gardens in Ireland.

• Ultra-High Velocity Gearbox (5,000 RPM): The highest stroke rate in the STIHL battery lineup, designed to slice fine leaves so fast they don’t have time to bend or fray, preventing “browning” on delicate box hedges.

• Double-Sided “Shaping” Blades: Unlike the single-sided R version, the 150 T features double-sided blades, allowing you to cut vertically and horizontally in one fluid motion—perfect for round topiary or tight corners.

• 3-Stage Speed Cockpit: Digitally adjust your cadence between 3,900, 4,500, and 5,000 rpm. This gives you the control to slow down for intricate shaping or ramp up for long, straight runs on formal privet.

• Anti-Scuff Tip Protector: Features a reinforced, screw-on tip guard that allows you to trim right up to stone walls or along pavements without damaging the diamond-ground teeth.

• Integrated Leaf Rake (Catcher Plate): Comes standard with an attached debris rake that sweeps clippings away from the hedge top as you work, ensuring you always have a clear view of your cutting line.

• Advanced “Constant-Power” EC Motor: The intelligent brushless motor maintains its 5,000 rpm speed even as the battery charge drops to 1%, ensuring your last cut is as clean as your first.

• Balanced “In-Line” Battery Slot: The battery sits deep within the tool’s axis rather than hanging off the back, providing a neutral balance point that makes “drawing” straight lines with the 30″ blade feel weightless.
