Stihl TSA 300 Battery 12″ Concrete Saw

The STIHL TSA 300 is the first true “Petrol-Replacement” cordless cut-off saw, delivering the raw torque of a 60cc engine without the vibration, fumes, or maintenance headaches. While most battery saws are limited to light landscaping, the TSA 300 is an industrial-grade beast engineered for 110 mm (4.3″) deep-cut precision through reinforced concrete, rebar, and granite. Its core advantage lies in a 2.5 kW high-efficiency EC motor paired with a narrow-kerf blade geometry, giving it a cutting speed that actually matches the legendary petrol TS 410. For the Irish contractor, this means you can transition seamlessly from outdoor roadworks to indoor basement renovations without switching tools or worrying about COSHH fuel storage. It’s not just a saw; it’s a high-torque investment in zero-emission productivity.

• Kinetic Energy Recuperation System: A world-first for cut-off saws; when you release the trigger, the Fast-Stop Brake doesn’t just halt the 300 mm wheel in seconds—it converts that kinetic energy back into electricity and pumps it back into the battery, squeezing extra minutes out of every charge.

• Magnetic Dust-Armor Filter: Unlike petrol saws that eat dust, the TSA 300 features a removable magnetic intake filter. It intercepts ferromagnetic metal particles from the cooling airflow before they can reach the motor, a critical feature for extending tool life when cutting rebar and steel.

• IPX4 “Rain-Ready” Certification: Designed for the unpredictable Irish weather, the TSA 300 is fully splash-protected. You can operate in the rain or use high-flow water suppression without risking the internal electronics or the battery terminals.

• LED Performance Cockpit: Integrated into the handle, the high-contrast LED display provides real-time “Power Boost” status and overheating alerts, allowing you to manage your cutting speed for maximum efficiency rather than “guessing” the load.

• Semi-Automatic Drive Belt Tensioning: Forget the toolkit; a simple turn of a single screw ensures the drive belt is perfectly tensioned, extending the life of the bearings and ensuring zero power loss between the motor and the blade.

• Zero-Vibration Precision Handle: Because there is no piston movement, vibrations are reduced to a staggering 3.0 m/s². This allows for significantly longer “trigger-time” under health and safety regulations compared to any petrol alternative.

• Smart Connector 2A Ready: The housing features a dedicated port for the Smart Connector 2A, allowing you to track “on-load” hours, location, and maintenance intervals directly on your phone—essential for Irish tool hire fleets and professional contractors.
