Driven by a high-torque 30.1 cc 2-MIX 2-stroke engine (1.2 kW} / 1.6  HP}, this compact saw provides up to a 20% reduction in fuel consumption and lower exhaust emissions compared to legacy two-stroke engines. Weighing just 4.5 kg (dry weight), the MS 162 delivers a balanced 3.8 kg/kW power-to-weight ratio, making it easy to maneuver during prolonged yard maintenance. Fitted with a narrow-kerf 3/8″ P Picco Micro 3 saw chain and available in 12-inch (30 cm) or 14-inch (35 cm) guide bar options, it maintains high cutting efficiency while minimizing kickback risks.
