Husqvarna 564 XP Fuel Inject Professional Chainsaw 24 Inch bar

Husqvarna 564 XP®: The Fuel-Injected Revolution in the 60cc Class

The Husqvarna 564 XP is the game-changer forestry professionals in Ireland have been waiting for—the first-ever fuel-injected 60cc chainsaw from the global leader in tree care. By replacing the traditional carburetor with a cutting-edge electronic fuel injection system, the 564 XP® delivers the raw, aggressive power of a 70cc saw while maintaining the nimble, slimline chassis of a 50cc machine. This is not just an incremental update; it is a total engine redesign that provides instantaneous throttle response and consistent peak torque regardless of altitude, temperature, or air filter condition. Designed for those who demand zero-compromise productivity, the 564 XP® eliminates the “warm-up” lag and hot-start frustrations of the past, offering a “pull-and-go” reliability that sets a new industry benchmark for felling, limbing, and heavy bucking.

• Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) Technology: Experience a more dynamic fuel delivery than any carbureted engine. This system provides faster adaptation to environmental changes, improved fuel efficiency, and a significant reduction in weight by removing the carburetor and related components.

• The “Power-to-Weight” Golden Ratio: Clocking in at just 5.8 kg (engine body), it produces a massive 4.0 kW (5.4 hp). This delivers the punching power of the legendary 572XP but in a much more agile frame, reducing operator fatigue during long shifts.

• Simple-Start Technology: No more complex starting procedures. The 564 XP® simplifies the process to a basic “prime and pull” routine, with the internal computer automatically adjusting the air/fuel mix for a perfect fire-up every time, hot or cold.

• Outboard Clutch for Precision Balance: By placing the clutch on the outside, Husqvarna has narrowed the saw’s body and brought the center of gravity closer to the operator. This results in superior maneuverability and “limbing-nimbleness” that feels unmatched in the 60cc class.

• Active Engine Protection with Magnetic Filtration: A specialized magnetic fuel filter is integrated to capture metal debris before it reaches the injection system, safeguarding your engine’s internal components from catastrophic wear.

• Short-Stroke Engine Design: The optimized internal geometry allows for higher chain speeds (21.3 m/s) and lower gyroscopic forces, making the saw feel “weightless” during fast directional changes in the canopy.
