STIHL DYNAMIC X-ERGO Helmet Set, the professional-grade forestry and arborist helmet engineered not just for safety, but for uncompromising, all-day comfort and visual clarity. Unlike lower-tier helmets that compromise visibility for protection, the X-ERGO is built around a lightweight $800\text{ g}$ design featuring an advanced Metal Mesh Visor that delivers an impressive 60% light transmission. This clarity is critical when working in dense canopy or low-light conditions, ensuring your focus remains on the cut, not on squinting. Complemented by its high-grade SNR 30 ear protection and a unique push-bar system for securing optional integrated safety glasses, the X-ERGO is the premium solution for professional users who demand maximum protection, minimal fatigue, and the clearest view of their work environment.
| Feature | |
| Metal Mesh Visor | Superior Clarity & Durability: Offers 60% light penetration (significantly higher than standard nylon mesh), providing a clear, low-distortion view in challenging light conditions. Can be easily smoothed if bent. |
| SNR 30 Ear Protection | Maximum Hearing Safety: Provides an exceptional Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) of $30\text{ dB}$, ensuring high-level protection from continuous, high-volume noise common with professional chainsaws and brushcutters. |
| Ergonomic Lightweight Design | Fatigue Reduction: Weighs only 800g in total, making it one of the lightest professional helmets available, enhancing comfort during long, demanding workdays. |
| Adjustable Vents on Helmet Shell | Optimized Air Circulation: Vents located in the upper shell can be opened or closed, promoting airflow to reduce heat build-up and humidity inside the helmet. |
| 6-Point Interior Harness | Customized Secure Fit: The multi-point harness system distributes weight evenly and allows for fine adjustment to the shape of the head, ensuring a secure, non-slip fit. |
| Ratchet Headband Adjustment | Easy On-The-Fly Sizing: Allows the user to quickly adjust the fit using a twist knob at the rear, even while wearing gloves. |
| Telescopic Push Bar for Goggles | Integrated Eye Protection: Features a push bar system with locking positions for securely attaching optional accessories like the DYNAMIC Light Plus Safety Glasses (sold separately). |
