Stihl Grease FS Super Lube 80g

The STIHL “FS Lube Grease” is officially known as STIHL FS Super Lube (or sometimes FS Gearbox Grease).

It is a specialized, high-performance gear lubricant developed specifically for the rapidly rotating gear systems of STIHL brushcutters and clearing saws (FS models).

• Application: It is used exclusively to lubricate the gearhead (or gearbox) at the cutting end of your STIHL trimmer or brushcutter, which is the component that transfers power from the shaft to the cutting tool (line head, metal blade, etc.).
• High-Speed Formula: The lubricant’s consistency and formula are specifically adjusted for the high rotational speeds and high mechanical loads these gearboxes experience.
• Protection: It contains special additives to effectively reduce wear on the gears, maintain smooth operation, and provide long-lasting corrosion protection.
• Adhesion: It has excellent adhesion properties, meaning it resists being flung off the gears even at high RPM, ensuring the critical parts remain coated and protected.

The grease is typically supplied in tubes with a threaded nozzle that screws directly into the grease port on the brushcutter gearhead for easy, mess-free application.
